The hot flaming oil test device conforms to Annex S.3 of IEC 62368-1: 2018, IEC60950-1:2005 and IEC60950-1:2013 clause 4.6.2, Annex A.3.

The Hot Flaming Oil Test Device is a specialized fire safety testing system designed to evaluate the flammability and fire protection performance of electrical and electronic equipment. It simulates real-world conditions where overheated flammable liquids may leak from devices and ignite outside the fire protection enclosure — helping manufacturers assess the risk of electrical fires and improve product safety.

Complying fully with IEC 60950 and related international standards, this system features precise oil ignition control, motorized ladle movement, and adjustable flow rate and height, ensuring highly reproducible and accurate test conditions. The test results clearly determine whether the ignition bedding beneath the specimen catches fire, offering a reliable basis for evaluating the fire containment and safety design of electronic products.
