The Battery Pack Rotate Test Device is a specialized testing instrument designed for lithium-ion traction battery packs and systems in electric vehicles. It simulates real-world conditions, such as high-angle uphill, downhill, rollover, and tilt scenarios, to evaluate battery performance and safety under extreme situations.

Rotation direction

X/Y/Z axis switch automatically, as shown in the following figure, the left direction is rotate around the X-axis and the right direction is rotate around the Z-axis respectively.

The Y-axis rotation test: make the sample rotated 90° around the Z-axis first, and then rotate around the X-axis.
