Equipment Overview
The High Temperature Rain Test Device is engineered to simulate extreme rain and temperature conditions for evaluating environmental durability of components and materials. Ideal for testing enclosures, electronic products, EV battery housings, and equipment exposed to harsh outdoor conditions.
This system integrates water filtration, heating/cooling, and intelligent spray control to ensure accurate, repeatable testing. It delivers heated water up to 45°C, maintains stable flow rates, and simulates rain impact from multiple adjustable nozzles. Supports programmable cycles, real-time monitoring, and features user-friendly maintenance.
Modular design with mobile components and adjustable spray frame height makes it suitable for large walk-in chambers or custom testing environments.
